EPG Not Downloading

Fix EPG (TV guide) download issues.

Check EPG URL​

  1. Open AIO TV
  2. Go to Settings → EPG
  3. Check EPG URL is correct
  4. Contact admin for correct URL

Wait and Retry​

EPG download can take time:

  1. Wait 5-10 minutes
  2. Restart app
  3. Check again

Clear App Data​

  1. Settings → Applications
  2. Manage Installed Applications
  3. Select AIO TV
  4. Clear data (you'll need to log in again)
  5. Re-enter EPG URL

Check Internet​

  1. Test internet speed
  2. Make sure connection is stable
  3. Try with VPN

Manual Refresh​

  1. Open AIO TV
  2. Go to Settings → EPG
  3. Pull down to refresh
  4. Wait for download
