Account Issues

Fix account expired or invalid errors.

Account Expired​

Your subscription has ended.

Fix:

  1. Renew subscription (see Payments)
  2. Wait for account activation (up to 1 hour)
  3. Log in again

Invalid Credentials​

Username or password is wrong.

Fix:

  1. Check username spelling
  2. Check password (case sensitive)
  3. Contact admin for password reset

Account Suspended​

Account may be suspended for non-payment.

Fix:

  1. Check payment status
  2. Contact admin
  3. Pay outstanding balance
