Try these steps before messaging admin.

Troubleshooting Checklist

Check these first:

  • Internet connection is working
  • Account is active (not expired)
  • App is up to date
  • Firestick has storage space
  • Restarted the app
  • Restarted Firestick
  • Tried with VPN connected
  • Checked Troubleshooting section

Speed Test

  1. Go to fast.com
  2. Run speed test
  3. Check if speed is 5+ Mbps

Clear Cache

  1. Settings → Applications
  2. Manage Installed Applications
  3. Select AIO TV
  4. Clear cache

Try VPN

  1. Open AIO VPN
  2. Connect
  3. Test streaming

  • Screenshot of error
  • Device model
  • App name
  • Your username
  • What you already tried
