Try these steps before messaging admin.
Troubleshooting Checklist
Check these first:
- Internet connection is working
- Account is active (not expired)
- App is up to date
- Firestick has storage space
- Restarted the app
- Restarted Firestick
- Tried with VPN connected
- Checked Troubleshooting section
Speed Test
- Go to fast.com
- Run speed test
- Check if speed is 5+ Mbps
Clear Cache
- Settings → Applications
- Manage Installed Applications
- Select AIO TV
- Clear cache
Try VPN
- Open AIO VPN
- Connect
- Test streaming

- Screenshot of error
- Device model
- App name
- Your username
- What you already tried
