What Info to Send

Include this information when contacting support.

Required Information

Always include:

  1. Your username
  2. Device model (e.g., Firestick 4K Max)
  3. App name (AIO TV, AIO VPN, Stremio)
  4. What's wrong (buffering, login error, etc.)
  5. What you tried (restarted, cleared cache, used VPN, etc.)

Helpful Information

Also include if available:

  • Screenshot of error
  • Speed test result
  • When problem started
  • Does it happen on all content or specific channels/movies?

Example Message

Good message:
